Terms & Conditions

GENERAL NOTES

- Read everything before asking. We won’t be responding if your question can be answered if you read.

- If there’s something you want to clarify, please DM and let us know the specific part that you want to ask about. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the part that you don’t fully understand.

- Not reading can result to order cancellation and being blacklisted or blocked.

- Be responsible with your orders. Placing an order means you confirm and agree with everything stated in this T&C.

- Unnecessary attitude, sarcasm, impatience, accusatory tone, unnecessary negative (even if only implied) comments/statements = automatic full refund and block. Toxicity will not be tolerated.

- No calls. If we receive a call and it can be traced back to your order, your order will be automatically cancelled with a full refund and you will be blocked.

- Order name change is only possible up to 7 days after checkout.

AUTHENTICITY OF ITEMS

- All goods are purchased from official sites, unless stated otherwise.

- The main sites we buy from are Ktown4U and SMTown&Store English website.

- If some items are sold out on the SMTown&Store website, we ask a proxy buyer to purchase for us in Korean offline stores.

ETA OF ITEMS

ETA is based on when the plane / vessel leaves Korea. Official sites / stores take time too before forwarding it to the courier / Korean address.

- We use different addresses for FAST ETA and NORMAL ETA shipments. Cut-off for parcels is every Wednesday for Fast ETA for it to arrive the following week. For Normal ETA, cut-off is every Thursday for it to be shipped by Sunday and usually, it arrives after 2-4 weeks.

- We are not responsible for any delays that are beyond our control. This includes (but not limited to) the pandemic, quarantine status, customs hold on the forwarder side, weather status, courier problems, delays on KR addresses' shipping schedules, and more.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

- Item amount is not declared and not included in the fees. If you want to put a declared value for your parcel, please DM us then we'll let you know the insurance/item protection fee.

- Local shipping fee stated in the order confirmation total must be paid on or before the DOP. Note that the LSF may go higher depending on the size of the pouch used. We will be re-updating your total in the website in case this happens. Checking your website orders and the exclusive masterlist after you receive the tracking number is REQUIRED.

- Combined shipping is allowed only for multiple order codes under the same name and under the same GO. We do not allow storing items anymore since they take up a lot of space. We aim to ship items as soon 2-3 days after they arrive.

- We are not liable for any shipping and handling issues once the parcel is out of our hands and forwarded to the courier. 

- Items are packed with thick layers of bubble wrap. Thick cartons are also used for paper goods.

- Once you receive the tracking number, track and coordinate with the courier on your own. Only contact us if you still haven't received your parcel after 14 business days.

- In case of RTS (returned-to-sender) packages, we will re-ship your item once it is returned to us. All fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

PAYMENTS, DEADLINES, ETC.

- You can pay as soon as you receive the order confirmation.

- Non-refundable* downpayment is sometimes required for every album that you order. Please refer to our main tweet of the GO and the product description for details.

* Will only be refunded if your order is out of stock or the g.o is no longer pushing through.

- Downpayments may also be required for other goods. Please refer to our tweet of the item you are buying.

- We allow 3 days of payment extension without penalty as long as you inform us AT LEAST 2 DAYS before the DOP.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

- No cancellations are allowed once we have already secured the orders or forwarded them to my agent.

- No refunds will be made unless your order is out of stock or the g.o is no longer pushing through.

- No cancellation fees. If you cancel, you will automatically be blacklisted and blocked. We will send you a refund minus the non-refundable* downpayment per album (if applicable). Note that you may only cancel if the orders are not yet secured.

- Selling of slots will not be entertained. If you are the one who filled up the form, we will only be transacting with you.

- Strictly input your username upon checkout. Please read.

UPDATES, CONTACT ME, ETC.

- General updates will be posted with the hashtag #QA3updates. Emails are only for really important updates and shipping forms.

- A masterlist exclusive for buyers only will be sent along with the order confirmation.

- Contact us via @QA3_PH DMs and give us up to 3 days to reply before up-ing your message again.

- Do NOT ask about order/s in our personal accounts.

- You may also contact us via email but it might take a while for you to receive a response. We only open emails for order confirmation and payment reminder purposes so we may see your message late.
